The recognition of Abaxx Exchange Pte Ltd as a recognised market operator pursuant to section 9(1)(b) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 ("SFA") is restricted to its establishment and operation of an organised market in respect of approved products (i.e. derivatives contracts). The list of products currently available for trading on Abaxx's platform consists only of approved products regulated under the SFA.
