Abaxx adopts the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (“PFMI”) which is issued by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (“CPSS”) and the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (“IOSCO”). 

 

Detailed quarterly disclosures as regulated by the IOSCO and the CPSS help achieve the following objectives: 

• Promote greater transparency of the governance, controls and its risk management frameworks to regulators, market participants and the general public
• Ensure sufficiency of its total financial resources to cover its current and potential future exposures with robust and comprehensive risk controls
