Abaxx’s Whistleblowing Policy (“Policy”) provides guidance for parties that wish to raise concerns about possible unethical or unlawful business conduct or dealings of the Company or its employees, without fear of reprisal.
It should be noted that local laws may apply and a whistleblower may wish to seek legal advice accordingly.
If you are aware of or encounter dealings with Abaxx or its employees that display any of the following characteristics, you are encouraged to make a whistleblowing disclosure in writing to [email protected] by completing the ‘Whistleblowing Disclosure Form’. All whistleblowing disclosure reports will be received and reviewed by the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Possible unethical or unlawful business conduct or dealings include, but are not limited to the following:
Abaxx commits to ensure that all disclosed information, including the identity of the whistle blower be treated with strict confidentiality, and only disclosed to persons on a strict “need to know” basis, or if disclosure of such information is required under law.
Abaxx may from time to time, update the Whistleblowing Policy and such updates will be made to this section accordingly.
