The Rules govern all aspects of trading and clearing activities on Abaxx Exchange and Abaxx Clearing, including the rights, interests, and obligations of Abaxx, members and their customers.  The Clearing Rules consist of clear and detailed provisions relating to and provide a high degree of certainty for each material aspect, including, for example, collateral and margin arrangements, settlement finality, novation and substitution, and default procedures.

The Clearing Procedures define the clearing procedures and operational requirements related to the clearing and settlement services provided by Abaxx Clearing to Clearing Members. These Procedures supplement the respective Rules and bear the same contractually binding obligations as defined within the Rules.
